Human intent is the most valuable and most violated asset of the AI era

The most valuable signal on the internet just changed. The web era ran on inferred behavior - what platforms could guess from your exhaust. The AI era runs on declared intent - what you tell the machine you actually want.

AI has no shared, consented way to hold that intent. So every model re-infers it badly. Every agent acts without real authority. Every system trains on proxies of a person it has never met. The thing AI most needs - durable, permissioned, portable human signal - is the one thing no one has built.

This signal is the most intimate thing a person hands a machine. It should be held in trust - declared, consented, portable, revocable - or it should not be held at all.

Everyone else is reaching for it the old way: scraped, inferred, surveilled. We refuse to. Not because consent is a compliance step, but because consented intent is the only version of this asset that compounds instead of decays. The reverence is the moat.

We are building the human intent layer. Where intent becomes a living graph - multimodal, weighted, revocable on their terms. AI products read that graph through simple, neutral interfaces, so they can personalize, decide, and eventually train on permissioned human truth instead of scraped behavioral exhaust.
